Refund & Return Policy

We’re committed to making sure you love what you ordered. Every item is made with care and attention, but since our products are printed especially for you, please take a moment to read through our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Lead Time

Our standard production time is 5–7 working days before shipping, depending on the size of your order.

For bulk orders (10 units or more), please allow 7–14 working days for production.
For orders of 50 units or more, we’ll confirm the exact timeline once your order is placed.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping (R100) – delivery within approximately 72 hours depending on your area. Please note that, while this service is generally quick, minor flight or courier delays can occasionally occur.

  • Larger Orders – shipping fees are calculated based on weight and box size.

Should there be any unexpected delay outside of our normal lead times, we’ll notify you right away.

Return Policy

Because all printed items are custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour choice

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

We do, however, take full responsibility for:

  • Manufacturing defects (such as holes or printing errors)

  • Incorrect items received

If this happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@blessedlovedchosen.com, and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return (in the case of an approved issue), your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Please note:

  • Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Unfortunately, we can’t exchange items based on size, colour, or design preference, as each item is created specifically for your individual order.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please email hello@blessedlovedchosen.com for next steps.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged or replacement items may vary.
